Asteria Steinberger serves as SCF’s Senior Asset Manager, overseeing a team that works on the initial investment underwriting and annual asset management and compliance responsibilities related to SCF’s investment portfolio. She takes on this role in a consultant capacity through her role at Strategic Development Solutions (SDS).
Mrs. Steinberger serves as a Vice President of SDS, having joined the team in 2015. She is in charge of the underwriting and asset management of each individual investment as well as ensuring continued compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Prior to joining SDS, Ms. Steinberger was a Senior Investment Associate and Portfolio Manager at Breakwater Investment Management, LLC, a private investment firm that provides growth capital to small businesses. She previously worked as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Credit Suisse. Ms. Steinberger started her career at KPMG LLP’s Economic & Valuation Services and Deloitte Tax LLP’s Property Tax Services. Ms. Steinberger graduated magna cum laude from Whittier College and earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a recipient of the Joseph Wharton Fellowship for students with an outstanding record of academic, personal and professional achievements.
